I thought Aniewiel was a Woman. I wasn't totally sure. Thank you for clearing that up for me anyways PieXags.

I really try to be nice and considerate toward others in this forum and the game for that matter. However, now I am totally infuriated over such inconsiderate behaviour.

I am "Madder then a Hornet" over those remarks. I am purely Sick to Death with people that can not use any self control over themselves and use any intellegence that they might have before spewing their bile remarks. If I was a Moderator here, people like that would have all their posts deleted and banned from the forum.

Oh..and I wouldn't be nice about explaining my actions either.

If Aniewiel's going to go ahead and take a shot like that at 95% of guru's community, I'd be damned if someone didn't take that same shot right back at her, moderator or not. Ontop of that, my comment was probably very true.

I believe Shinsei addressed the quality of Aniewiel's non-moderator posts, and not a comment on her prowess as a moderator. There's a difference.

she took a direct shot at one sorehead in a hardcore minority of the game who thinks he represents 95 % of the community.

have you actually compared the level of pure spite at TGH compared to here?

and the only reason TGH is quieter is they finally banned him plus several others

and i love you too sweetheart

Judging from her history in certain threads, and the problems she has created with her selective moderation, not to mention her obvious Gaile fanboism, I'd bet she disagrees with 95%, if not more of the community, and they all disagree with her.

Last time I checked this was a topic about why everyone wouln't stop complaing... Not how the moderater is a Galie Gray "fanbo".

What I saw was that Anieweil was simply stating that they try to clean up flames and still put balanced perspectives from all sides and not just one; which you don't seem to like very much

Well now that hole you are digging for yourself is getting deeper.

#1: Only speak for yourself, not others.
#2 Resorting to Name Calling only shows you have a weak argument. Also it
is a sign of ignorance.

As much as I love the attention, this topic needs to either:

a) get back on track

or

b) close.

I'll leave it to you guys.

And Shinsei: I've deleted the post where I took a shot. You're right: I shouldn't take shots. Hence I've modded myself.

I agree. The moment I plunked down my $49.99 it became 'The Show'.

As far as complaining, I think it's good to vent every so often and to try to see all point of view. I find it interesting to see and discuss which way games and gamers are going. It would be interesting to see the state of MMOs in the future.

Loviatar, it's interesting you quote a name-calling insult as an agreeing response to 'resorting to name calling only shows you have a weak argument. Also it is also a sign of ignorance' (nice job on the double also there), a statement which is simple name-calling in the same fashion as Shinsei name-called (declaring someone ignorant based on actions, as Shinsei declared Aniewiel fanboy based on actions).

Just what this thread needs, I guess. Just another thread complaining about complaints, even hilarious contributions like that improve its overall quality.

Maybe people need not only to learn how to frame criticism constructively in general, but also how to accept criticism.

I often don't agree with moderators, and moderators hardly ever agree with me. I estimate 1/3 of my posts have been deleted, and I get about a warning per week, once for criticising Aniewiel. The thing is that that doesn't really matter - whether right or wrong, the moderators are still moderators, and hence right by default. That's just the way it has to work, whether one likes it or not; the alternative is chaos. Been there, done that.
If you absolutely can't stand it, you find another forum. There's no shortage of them.

Off topic: I've made over 500 posts, none of which have been deleted Well, unless you count the entire Pentagram thread, unless that was just locked >.> (Oh, yes it was. Ok, so about 15-20 were deleted. Along with about 200 others. Oh well o.o)

On topic: Yeah, complaining. I don't like it, especially when everyone makes the same thread over and over again. Can't you start some uplifting conversation? Some of you act as if this is the worst game ever made or atleast that you think it is.

Can't we all just get along? Listen to John Lennon. Give peace a chance. Fire is bad. A working class hero is something to be!

Hi, I'm a non-productive complaining thread! This exists to complain about people complaining about things! How utterly useless!
